Welcome to Interracial Relationships Community, a new Internet site where people involved in “irr’s” can share their stories and support one another. We welcome stories from all races, creeds, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, from parents, children and other family members connected to an irr, from marriage, partnership both straight and gay, and dating.

Your stories will be submitted on this site, and we will choose the ones to be printed. It is expected that you will censor yourself, so that parents may choose to allow their children to read the stories; so there can be no discussion of sex, and if you have to refer to a racial slur, well, we all know the abbreviations for those. There will also be no discussion of religion, as that so quickly turns to hate; this is a topic left to any blogs people might want to start, which I can link to from this site. Blogs will also be where we can get into debate; this site is strictly stories.

The site access for a year is $25, and before you decide to subscribe you can take the magazine for a test drive by reading about a dozen stories representative of what you will find on the site.

We look forward to getting your stories, and creating a really supportive and useful community where we all can benefit from each others’ experiences.
